Want to take a deeper dive into the distilling process? More specifically, learn about our spirits' journey? Sample our pioneer "signature" spirits during a 30-minute guided tour where you'll get the inside scoop on how we do our thing. From cane to glass! Taste the flavor of our labor while you're here. We'll send you home with something* to remember us by. To pointing you in our direction. Because you're always welcome here! Free of charge! Now, for the VIP experience, we hold tours at the top of the hour every weekend. Please Note: Booking a Tour in advance is encouraged but not required. Keep in mind that we do have a limit on participation. First come first served! --- *shot glass. Heads up! That "thing" is a shot glass. Get excited.
